Thank you for the reply and enlightening explanation. I have no doubt that tap water has inorganic minerals. That explains higher pH than filtered and distilled water.

Now the question I have is, water is supposed to be neutral pH 7.0, but both filtered and distilled waters are acidic that also does not help our body.

How do I get water that is alkaline and free of inorganic minerals.
