ah yes, butyrate, first learned of this from the bullet proof people while into the potato starch prebiotic thingy. Think the main reason my biome is what it is due to raw milk (nearly 4 years now), butter, cheese.
Thanks for confirming my suspicion of the Epsom Salts being too harsh and possibly destructive. I feel I had positive results with just the oil. Nothing dramatic, no release of an emotional bowl full captured in pictures, just a light and easy day. A definite difference.

I can't find good reason or evidence to pursue Colon Cleanse or parasite eradication. Often these measures also destroy good flora, good flora that naturally takes care of these same issues.
