Flossy. I don't know what's in the top of your foot but don't believe it's mites or springtails. Also, earlier you wrote of exit holes. Also not consistent with mites/springtails.

Since you don't want to try the Iodine massaging/vibrating foot bath, can you get at the farm store Betadine surgical scrub (Providone-iodine 7.5)? This may work better than anything you have tried.

If the bottom of your feet was the problem area, I would suggest just putting your feet on a heating pad. For the top of your feet, you could go to your hardware store and buy a red heating light bulb (it will be far infrared) like would be used in a bathroom ceiling light fixture to keep you warm after a bath. Far infrared goes deep in the skin. I feel certain this will work.

Sounds like you have done all to your house that can be done. The dog does not sound cured. But he is on the floor and continually reinfested.

I think Albenza only in reduced doses (400 mg/day). Give the dryer house some time.
