I think you are doing this all wrong. Please read many messages on this forum that will show you the difference between Water Fasting and juice fasting. If you Water Fast you are drinking water only. If you feel thirsty you drink water. Also drinking copious amount of water is going to be hard on your kidneys. Usually when we fast our thyroid will be hypo for a while. But you have hardly fasted to have that happen. Drinking V8 is not fasting. That is called partial eating and starvation. You probably know that all supermarket juices are cooked and have lost their enzymes. When you drink that your body is robbed of enzymes in its reserves. So you are doing more harm than you think.

Just take it easy. If you feel you have to eat, go ahead and eat. If you think you can continue the water only fast do do, it will be harder, but you be the judge of that.
