DO NOT DO zinc citrate, OR do not do more than 100-150 mg. Zinc Citrate is not the best kind of Zinc. Do Zinc Sulfate by Rising.

I did not see you mention magnesium sulfate?????
1/4 teaspoon Epson salt USP until the Dr Clark capsules arrive.

I take only one clove capsule at 6 pm. They are strong, more than one rips up the gut.
