When refeeding, what do you eat and how much is recommended? I heard Watermelon the first day. I'm not sure if I'll do a 7 day fast or longer. My mom is freaking out because I've had medical problems, and is concerned that I will lose a ton of weight. What would you say to her? I will gain it all back and she does not think fasting for longer is healthy. She said she won't help pay my medical bills.

The other problem is that I don't have a juicer, only a food processor.
