Anyone experience watery BM with Diatomaceous Earth? I've started taking this twice 1 tbls daily. I'm noticing very frequent watery BM.

Is this normal? If this is normal, DE is amazing stuff. It's been clearing up my intestines like nothing else I've used before, psyllium, lax, etc.

I have had to increase my water intake so that I wouldn't end up dehydrating myself, but if DE is stimulating this type of bowel movement. I'm definitely a proponent of using DE as both a colon cleanser, and as a anti-herxing measure.
