Hi, I read both of your posts. Thank you so much! Lots of helpful information. I'm currently doing coffee enemas 4-5 times per day to flush the liver and I'll get on my knees and into fetal position but upright on my knees with my face toward the ground because I heard that position releases the bile, and often I can feel it release and then I'll go to the toilet and smell this awful gas and liquid come that wasn't there before. It's very noticeable the times that I get in that position for 15 seconds and then go to the toilet VS the times that I don't, so I believe it works. I'll need to check up on all of those other things you recommended for liver flush. Sounds like some hardcore stuff, thank you!!
