Who said you could eat any fruit? NO Fruit, a few blueberries, certainly no dates or bananas or any dried fruit. Try the Atkins diet. Colon Hydrothrapy? OK, colonic irrigation, Grossdarm reinigung....very useful. Central Europeans swear by it! You get it done, and then you eat Sauerkraut and kim Chi and drink tea. Probiotics are a waste of money.
