Light colored stools are a sign of bile deficiency most likely the liver is not producing enough of it rather than a gallbladder issue. Many people with chronic infections have their liver attacked or in other terms liver stagnation (Chinese Medicine). Using the liver cleanse protocols here on CZ may help but will not address the root problem of liver congestion. For that you need some of the milk thistle type of products, some phosphatidylcholine and increase methylation.
