Definitly is the selenium helping you. Selenium moderates Iodine and will prevent excess Iodine reactions at the thyroid. But ya most problems that plague us all are caused by candida, and Iodine is a good way to help fight that candida. Btw has the iodine and se improved your blood Sugar control?
