the answer to internal shingles is Cellutox brand HerpaPro. Its a homeopathic tincture and cured my extreme trigeminal neuralgia. Now, when ever I have a cold sore starting or an earache (which for me is the precursor for extreme pain to come, I just do 5 sprays in the morning and 5 sprays at night and I'm saved from the horrible effects of shingles.
