Ya this stuff happens a lot when using individual supplements. Giving you energy correct? The longer you are at this the more you will realize that there isn't any one supplement that will cure you or even 1 nutrient you are deficient on. Like SD said we are under microbial total war. That is the first thing you need to understand. The second thing is that the main bad guy here is candida and candida has taken out much stronger and smarter people than ourselves. This critter has been destroying us since the very beginning. You are going to have to support all liver detox pathways as a first step along with daily intestinal cleaning ie diatomaceous earth and activated charcoal at the least. See my site for more info.
