Wow! I have never seen so much data to prove how heavy proteins, from milk, meat and it's by products create havoc on our health. I am even more excited now to from being a born vegetarian to being a vegan.

As always thank you DL for posting this link. Now my challenge is to have my family follow this, mostly my wife and daughter who consume milk, cheese and butter as if there is no other food on the planet. Dr. McDougall is so right about women being attracted to milk more and men more to meats.

I feel lucky that I come from a family who never consumed meats for generations.
