Day 11

Morning scale: 116.0 kilos.
Last night I have nightmares. I was dreaming that I eat french fries and chocolate by mistake..
Good that it was just a dream. I start feeling soft since yesterday. It's normal, but it makes me feel unconfident about my goals. Let's hope all to be good at the end..
