It is definitely a personal choice and whatever decision you make won't be wrong for you, but I would stay on the MC. If you were doing a water fast, I'd probably say go off it, but the Master-Cleanse gives you all the nutrients you need for the short time you are on it and in fact may help you get over the flu faster since your body is not dealing with digesting food.
