Staying with the cleanse will move those toxins out the fastest, in my experience. Make sure to drink lots more water, plenty of lemonades and rest... When I get sick, if it happens I will be drinking these lemonades and not eating. Before the MC, I would stop eating, have lots of ginger tea and ginger capsules and tons of water to flush out any colds I got. Worked really fast every time.
