Like I said a few days ago, this is a great way to lose weight the HEALTHY way, I just reached a major major milestone - high-school weight ! and I have never felt better and i am...not 16 to say the least lol no fat burners or weird fasts...or low carbs, just smart good foods

thought to share with you the diet guidelines (there are recipes too) and ask if others have similar experience
