Yes, I have toenail fungus. I remember when this rash started, last November. I used a different pantie liner which I later learned, was made with synthetic latex. I had a terrible reaction and it spread like blotches all over my legs. My ankles have a nasty rash. My hands had blisters really bad, then it went away. Right now, it seems to be coming back.
