I was negative on hpylori and he treated me based on the symptoms and my doctor smelled me and he confirmed it. He was very frank about it. That is why I was very open about it with him. He said it was due a valve on top of my stomach not closing or the non digestion of food in our system due to low acid which will result to bacterial overgrowth and rotten food in gut which will be absorbed by the body thus the bad smell in my breath, skin, mouth, etc....... take note low stomach acid and high stomach acid have the same symptoms as explained. I would suggest change your doctor, go to someone new and upfront tell him why you are there. Hope you can find cure, believe me it was hell for me for years......i truly understand what you are dealing with now....
