Day 9
The scale this morning show 117.7 kilos.
What I hate most in the morning is the bad taste in my mouth. For the fasting period, I avoid using cosmetics, including toothpaste because I want to detox my body at all.
And what I miss most in the morning is my espresso and my cigarette..

But..it's better to be hard for a few months than for the whole life.
