Thanks Matt that answers my question about using epsoms salts as a source of magnesium. My pharmacist said it was a good source. I choose to put it into capsules as I find life less yukky with less yukky tastes four times a day. Bit of a sook, but it works for me to have things organised ahead of time and simple and pleasant.
