Good advice from Matt. Low pH is a sign of acidity, it is the acidity that makes you feel weak and sick. Things (hormones, glands, detox) will not work right when you are acidic.

Baking soda is a miracle and can turn acidity around fast. I use it with Ultra Potassium from Source Naturals and IonCharge, throw in buffered vitamin C and presto. Make sure you are drinking adequate good water.

I used h202 for sometime and I don't think it is the answer imo. It can work but I think in your situatuion it is not a good choice. H202 is an oxidant and will contribute to higher oxidative states which can create more problems in the gut, I suppose you could try it and observe.

I would choose some natural Antibiotics like neem leaf (not neem oil), add some Nutiva hemp oil to the mix and see how that works. Hemp oil is strongly antimicrobial and has worked wonders for me. It will stop resistant bugs. You can also experiment with caprylic acid, graviola, black seed, raw garlic. All of these are strongly antimicrobial. And of course there are others.

Support the gut with good nutrition, also try to identify foods (usually processed) that are causing problems which cause more immune activation. Fresh dairy is typically a no no for gut infections due to something called secondary lactase deficiency. You can eat dairy that has low lactose which is typically aged cheeses (not fresh cheese such as sour cream, cream cheese and so on) you can find lactose content tables on the web.
