Stomach cramps or pain are not necessarily a hunger manifestation. It can be your stomach healing or being irritated by detox fluids - yes, the stomach can also secrete and participate in the detoxification.
Cravings are experienced by many an most often are result of conditioning of the mind and not a real necessity for food. Beware, the mind can sabotage sometimes the good course of fasting.
