Glad that you continue your healing journey. You can expect benefits form fasting to last, if you eat and rest properly. I know this is not too specific, but I am sure your body will indicate what is not right by alerting with ache, pain or lake of wellness when rest and food are not right.
Some serious conditions may require more than 1 or 2 long fasts to be reversed completely.
Having the symptoms lessen over time, no matter how many fasts or how long you stay on proper diet (hopefully forever; getting sick in the past indicates predisposition for a recurrence if the past lifestyle is back) shows progression toward cure.
BTW sprouting organic seeds (legumes, alphalpha, quinoa, buckwheat, etc EXCEPT for wheat, oat, rye, barley which contain gluten) prove to be not only health-giving but also not expensive. Something to keep in mind for post-fast. I experimented with green peas and they came out quite tasty, fresh (consumed raw, of course, after sprouting) and 6 $ can give up to 3-4 pounds of sprouts. The organic grains can be purchased for 30-80 cents for 100 gr, depending on the kind, they double to quadruple their weight when soaked for 8-12 hrs and then give even more bio-weight when growing. The only thing needed is to change the water when soaking, rinse them when set to sprout and get a recipient that can drain the excess water and keep them moist, however when sprouting. There are remarkable tutorials on youtube on that matter.
