The black specs are dried blood? I had them to, but not as many.

It is not the worms, but migrating worms you worry about.

Some worms remain in the intestine. your worms do not have a hard head or hard tail. I think this species does not migrate much.

I think the problem species you are not seeing yet.

Peel back the layers and see what remains. Then deal with it.

I do not think you are at the bottom of the mystery yet.

White sesame seeds?
Blood anywhere?
Fluid out your ears?
Spider veins on your feet?
Tan in the winter?
white blotches on your skin?

Crave sugar?
