Just that my free T4 was a little low, and it was found that i have a really small nodule in my thyroid gland. So it's not much... And I had parasites, for which I had to take Antibiotics .

I avoid junk food as much as i can, I only drink water. But it's low in calories and in vegetables. So I don't think it's that healthy.

No, I didn't try any diet because it's hard for me to get my daily neccesary calories even without any restrictions.

I started taking Magnesium, Vit. C and E, Fish oil.

About aminoacids, should they be powdered? Where can I find such specific aminoacids? I only saw complexs of aminoacids.
