What if you spray magnesium oil all over your body about 20 mins before a shower? Will that cut back on the amount of fluoride absorbed during your shower?

My thoughts are that your body can only absorb so much in one time period and if it's already soaked up a lot of magnesium then it will absorb less fluoride.
