Pretty much.

Unrefined salt is the primary thing that turned around my adrenal gland issues. In fact, if I don't eat enough sodium at each meal I can still get hypoglycemic crashes even without carbs.

The whole "restrict sodium" nonsense is...well...nonsense.

There is a reason other animals visit salt licks.
