I took 2 to 3 of castor oil every day for three days before I finally got things moving. After that it dropped to 1 to 2 every day. Eventually as I cleared more worms out I was able to get by with us using only 3 or 4 days of the week.
Keep taking it... It will eventually help.

Sorry your having to deal with this on top of everything else...it's not fun.
