In fact Dr. Ignarro and his recommendations to restore Nitric Oxide to youthful levels have resulted in curing my high blood pressure. It was 155/95 and within 2 weeks of following his supplement recommendations it has now been normal for 5 months. His book is No More Heart Disease.

I have had this belly full of visceral fat for DECADES, and it has never been a problem until recently. It has likely turned to bacon by now :--(( Excessive visceral fat is listed as a major cause of diabetes and worse. So now it is WWIII to get rid of this beer belly. I've started the gym for 2 hours a day, and a strict diet. So hopefully when I lose 35lbs by year end, my pre-diabetes will go away, and I won't need v1agra any more.
