Loose bowels can be a sign of detox or it could be from irritation. You cant really "clean" candida out but you can clean the colon and liver of toxins to lift the burden off those organs.
The immune system has to control candida. Most people that have candida have a heavy metal problem. Methylation supplements detox heavy metals and restore the immune system. I definitely think you should read up on it. Ill attach a link so you understand.

even if you not as sick as some people on this site its still good to keep you methylation running optimally through out life to prevent disease.
