I detoxed mercury through minerals and binders (1 year) before starting the chelators so i already have some movement there. Now that I think of it I think the body/tissue burden of mercury is higher after a round and ALA moves mercury to where the low concentrations are. So if I moved mercury from the brain to the body ALA will move the mercury back to the low concentrated area(brain) if not taken the same time as DMSA. I took some extra DMSA tonight even though Im off round to knock this brain fog back down.
