Just once, just take it once before you start any Iver. It is just to clear out any mucus or feces buid-up on the lining of the bowel.
I dont know which country you are in. You should be able to buy castor oil in a pharmacy, chemist, drugstore just over the counter. It is cheap and comes in a small bottle.
