So far everything I've read about it seem to be positive. I don't use or keep sweeteners at home but I got some liquid Stevia recently to use when I go canoe tripping as my paddlin' buds are all coffee drinkers and when we camp it's one of the times that I will enjoy some fresh brewed coffee in the mornings and I definetly like some sweetener in my coffee on the rare occasions I drink it. I haven't tried it yet so can't speak for Stevia's sweetening capabilities or taste. Again from reading, the reports are positive so do your own research and or simply just get some and try it out and let us know what you think.

Another product to consider is Sucanat which suppossedly is nothing but eveporated Sugar cane juice. Hopingso seem to like it and even endorses it. I on the other hand after reading about it and how it's processed I'm not too convinced of it's "claimed" merits, but if you hafta pic the least of 2 evils between it and procesed Sugar then..........
