I've been there too, maybe a little less redness on my face though. But with the Depression I was the same. And the worst part is that I just could not quit junk food (kfc, pizza, chips - ate them all).

You will read lots of success stories here (including mine) that will up your mood. But they will not work all of them. But you just need to try all the remedies. ALL!

Please believe that there is actually hope - (I am actually eating spicy wings and having short espressos once in a while without any showing anmymore)
