I have been planning to take the castor oil myself Stillbattling, though I have no symptoms of intestinal parasites, as a prophylactic measure.

It was really putting me off because I took a dose as a young woman when it was said to bring on labour. I was heavily pregnant and more than ready. It was so gross I gag when I think of it today.

I think the grapefruit juice would help in being able to take it.

Thank you for adding that information. It's a big help.
