Physical symptoms:

• Hormonal acne, back acne
• Irregular periods; sometimes the abdominal cramps are so bad that I start to vomit
• Foul smelling sweat, even after shower
• Occasional tension headaches and lightheadness
• Occasional sleepiness and heavy eyes after eating
• Eyes really sensitive to make up products, they become dry and itcy
• Blue, round undereye circles; they are very big and you can see dilated veins, sometimes they swell
• Red upper eyelids with dilated veins and little redness on cheeks and nose
• No appetite
• Constipation 
• Really hairy arms
• Underweight,underdeveloped
• Occasional abdominal pains in random places 
• Hypokinetic biliary dyskinesia
• Lots of gas showing in abdominal ultrasounds

Mental symptoms:

• Anxiety
• Periods of depression
• Lack of motivation
• Social anxiety
• Suspecting ADD

Additional info:

As a kid I was hyperactive and I had difficulties studying. I didn't eat well, I was skipping meals and ate very little. + I have a deviated septum and adenoiditis.

My main concern are my undereye circles and the mental symptoms, because they start to really affect me, but having other symptoms make me think I have some underlying problem. 

Can you tell me what could be the problem looking at my symptoms?/What cand I do to relieve them?
