I also forgot to mention.....it helps you sleep better. I use to take 6 Valerian Root to get a decent night of sleep.....imagine how bad that was on my liver taking 6 a night! I had a sleep test done years ago and they said that I didn't go into REM. I no longer take Valerian Root for sleep. I now actually dream since I've been taking the TriPlex! Another thing Plexus has helped me with was sleeping.
