"My eczema started just 4 months ago, after eating some cake. I also have weird circular skin color patches that are dry on my uppper arm, think thats eczema too. My skin is getting dryer even with the help of moisturizers and hives ocasionally show up"

---- if your skin is gettin' dry even with lotion it means you're dehydrated, try to drink lots of water and use a humidifier so water in air or moist will bring back and will eventually help your skin to moisten.
