White shark was right, you should try to get info on faecal transfer, thos how legal and available it is depends on where you are in the world. Here in Australia, it's unregulated. As a vegetarian you are more likely to have dysbiosis. Not overgrowth, but the pathogenic fungal form of the commensal yeast Candida.
