Sorry to learn about your gall bladder pain. I saw that you stopped the supplements. Phoenix Celiac has good advice, we all go through rough spells, and talking with your practitioner is a good idea. Sounds like maybe more bile flow would help you? There are herbal formulas that increase bile flow. I have a different metabolic profile than you, I'm a slow oxidizer, so I don't have experience with high fat content. Sometimes it's better to flush things through rather than slow down the detox, listen to how your body responds and go from there, keeping in mind that detoxing involves uncomfortable times.
