I would not use this oil at all, it is just parafin oil mixed with chemicals and some botanicals.
Oil base
Paraffinum Liquidum
Triisononanoin
Cetearyl Ethylhexanoate
Isopropyl Myristate
Glycine Soja Oil
Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil
BHT
Bisabolol https://www.bio-oil.com/en/product/ingredients



For the use of Iodine on skin, just paint it on. Cover it with coconut oil if you like. To remove the stain, a little vit c powder.
