I know it's tough, I get it, we all do. What you need to do is find something that works for you, anything that takes off even some of the symptoms. Whether it's the Head and Shoulders treatment, Sea Salt , beta glucan, etc... Just try to find something. Don't go through life wasting all your time feeling down, when you could be using that time to take action and looking for what works for you. I hope all the best for you and good luck.
