I take potassium chloride in large amounts.

I eat a ketogenic diet (90% animal fat, 10% protein). Zero carbohydrates.

I have to because my pancreas is basically shot as far as blood Sugar control goes. I was hoping Iodine would correct this, but it never did unfortunately.

I only get about 700mg of potassium in my diet, so I use pure KCl powder to get my potassium up.
