hey jenco. I take a calcium magnesium supplement every night.

it has a small dose of zinc and vitamin d in it as well. but it has 1000 mg calcium, and 500 mg magnesium. nothing really helps my sleep. I can take a pharmacy of stuff and still wake up at 2-3 am and have to dose again :(
