A lot of people on here do Liver Flushes and have success with it. most of my symptoms seem due to liver congestion and I am certain flushing will be beneficial - of course there are higher risks to it.

Regarding NB, I am doing the diet and enemas - except I'm not taking the supplements - detoxing from heavy metals right now wouldn't be a good idea as I am going on a big trip in 4 months. Will definitely do it once I'm back.

Ps. Beer is delicious :) gotta live life too!
