2nd day of my first cleanse ever. Have a headache(not a caffeine addict) and a "stitch" in my left side(you know like from running) Don't knw if it's related-but that's when it started.
Now for my clarification Question----I have been reading the posts about betonite and psyllium and on several I saw that there was some kind of time schedule for drinking the lemonade before and after the P&B. I hadn't ever read that in the instructions. Can someone please clarify that for me.
