Dr. Fuhrman has treated people with RA using fasting and a plant based diet with apparently good results.

For the highest anti-inflammatory effects, your best bets are the fasting and then becoming a whole foods plant based vegan afterwards, which is an anti-inflammatory diet. Good luck!
