Yes maybe.

Using less oil might result in not enough pressure and just stressing the liver, but don't worry it won't kill you.

Make sure to drink a good amount of fresh lemonade to rebuild and break up scar tissue.

And eat some good quality proteins and some animal liver as well while you rebuild.
